Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of MBSE or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on with MBSE methodologies and SysML.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MBSE models using SysML.
• Create architectures, interfaces, and system requirements.
• Translate customer needs into system-level requirements.
• Support decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation.
• Assist across the system lifecycle with SE activities.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, test, and PM teams.
• Assist technical reviews: requirements and design reviews.
• Maintain model configuration management and docs.
• Analyze architectures and interfaces for risks/opportunities.
• Present technical info to customers and leadership.
