Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to join a radar development team. You will develop MBSE artifacts using SysML and Cameo, create requirements specifications, architectures, and CONOPS, and present artifacts in design reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Software/Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited university with 6+ years of experience or MS with 4+ years.
Experience using MBSE modeling tools (MagicDraw/Cameo) and other MBSE tools.
Capable of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and communicating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop MBSE artifacts in SysML using Cameo and SysML to support radar programs.
Define system architecture, interfaces, and conduct requirements verification and test planning.
Create CONOPS, requirements specifications, test procedures and reports for design reviews.
Present MBSE artifacts to customers in formal design reviews and liaise with stakeholders.
