Qualifications

• A BS in engineering, science, or technical discipline from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of professional technical experience with familiarity of Naval Weapon Systems.
• Robust knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology.
• Direct experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw, or MBSE tools.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication across all levels and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop system diagrams to represent system interactions with government leads.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate feedback.
• Refine MBSE practices and align with NAVY groups.
• Prepare technical documentation of model-based progress and advancement.
