Radiance Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer to support MBSE capabilities for government customers. You will develop authoritative models and artifacts, collaborating with engineers and software developers to advance digital architectures and system-of-systems analyses.

The role emphasizes MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, and Enterprise Architect, with important interface management and strong written communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace or related field.
• Experience applying Systems Engineering principles to complex problems.
• Develop and maintain models, artifacts, and data for complex systems.
• Experience developing and managing V&V plans and procedures.
• Support interface management across engineering teams.
• Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain authoritative engineering models for government systems.
