Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC, developing authoritative MBSE models and architecture artifacts as part of an integrated engineering team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a Master’s in Engineering, and active Secret clearance, with strong SysML skills and familiarity with DoDAF/UAF. You will work with Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and EA to advance complex systems modeling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or related certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, or PMP.
• Strong SysML knowledge for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers.
• Knowledge of SysML 2.0
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts.
• Active secret security clearance

Required Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices
