Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support MBSE capabilities for government customers in Beavercreek, OH. You will develop and maintain models and datasets for complex systems and collaborate with engineers and software developers across disciplines.

The role requires experience in MBSE tools and the ability to work with government customers, contractors, and internal teams. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred and may be required for certain assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field (Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related).
• Experience applying Systems Engineering principles to complex problems.
• Ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Support government customers’ MBSE capabilities and develop authoritative engineering models.
• Develop and manage verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure clear interfaces and documentation.
