Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. in Beavercreek, OH seeks a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC, delivering authoritative MBSE models and associated artifacts for complex systems.

You will work with engineers and software developers, apply SysML and MBSE tools, and contribute to DoD architecture efforts while communicating findings clearly.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required; bachelor's in systems engineering or related field and at least 3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MBSE or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Ability to develop and maintain models and datasets for complex systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present technical artifacts.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain authoritative MBSE models and artifacts for complex systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers to ensure model accuracy.
• Support customers at NASIC with model-based architectures and data.
• Document modeling approaches and present results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture analyses and data-driven problem solving.
