Job summary

You will collaborate with IPTs, develop engineering artifacts, and use SysML and MBSE tools to model and analyze complex systems. The role emphasizes autonomy, mentoring, and clear communication with teams and customers across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with 5 years related experience, or MSc with 3 years.
• Experience on the left side of the Systems Engineering Vee.
• Experience developing SysML MBSE models with Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDRAW.
• Experience with requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional briefings.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and help develop a tool to track actions with customers.
• Collaborate with program IPTs to develop systems engineering artifacts, requirements, and designs.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to mature system architecture content for large programs.
• Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure readiness before formal design reviews.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying model techniques and processes for model development and tool integration.
