Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field with 5+ years of related experience or MS with 3+ years.
• Deep experience on the left side of the System Engineering Vee.
• Experience modeling with SysML and MBSE tools (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDRAW).
• Experience in requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation.
• Proven mentoring ability and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and develop a tracking tool for actions.
• Collaborate with IPT counterparts on systems engineering artifacts.
• Create and mature systems architecture content for large program designs.
• Conduct pre-review readiness assessments before formal design reviews.
• Develop architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral/structural/analytical).
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes for integration.
