Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with 5 years related experience, or MSc with 3 years.
• Experience on the left side of the Systems Engineering Vee.
• Experience developing SysML MBSE models with Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDRAW.
• Experience with requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional briefings.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience developing Systems Engineering models using the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and core MBSE tools (such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW).


• Experience with requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation methodologies.


• Experience mentoring and developing junior-level engineers.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief technical information to cross-functional stakeholders.


• Proven ability to work autonomously, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Object Modeling Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder Fundamental Certification.


• Experience using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM).


• Experience leading technical projects, assignments, or engineering teams. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar agile workflow environments.


• Experience working with DOORS or similar requirements management tools.


• Experience using agile development methodologies within a hardware or systems framework.
