Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline required; multiple paths to lead levels.
• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline often preferred for higher level roles.
• PhD in STEM may supersede years of experience; MBSE and systems thinking emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Develop MBSE artifacts using Cameo.
• Perform requirements development, allocation, verification/validation planning and interface definition management.
• Write complex specifications, interface control documents, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with program, functional and subsystem leads for verification and validation.
