Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer: MBSE Modeling – Level 3 or 4 in Chandler, AZ, to integrate Cameo models with DOORS requirements. You will establish traceability, generate architecture views, and support reviews and configuration management throughout the program.

The role requires hands-on MBSE with Cameo, SysML proficiency, and collaboration across systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Hands-on experience using Cameo to develop and maintain system models.
• Experience with requirements management using IBM DOORS (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system models in Cameo.
• Establish and maintain traceability between DOORS and Cameo model elements.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Generate model-based views and dashboards for design and requirements reviews.
