Slope is looking for a Systems Engineer in Washington, D.C. to lead initiatives in digital engineering, interfacing with both internal teams and government customers. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience.

This role involves developing and managing technical artifacts essential for delivering mission systems, and maintaining high standards of communication. Salary range is $146,000 – $194,000 USD with competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Outstanding communication skills including presentation of developed artifacts.
• Currently possesses and able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs and ensure artifacts are complete and accurate.
• Participate in the development of the Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy.
