Job summary

Verity Integrated Systems seeks an experienced MBSE engineer to support defense system development and lifecycle management. The role centers on applying MBSE and digital engineering to translate mission needs into traceable system requirements and architectures.

The candidate will collaborate with government and contractor teams, manage interfaces and documentation, and contribute to V&V plans and technical analyses across programs.

Qualifications

• MBSE throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Strong SysML knowledge and modeling experience.
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, etc.).
• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama Connect).
• Ability to translate needs into well-defined system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system architecture models using SysML and MBSE methodologies.
• Create operational, functional, logical, and physical architectures for defense systems.
• Translate capability needs into system requirements and maintain traceability.
• Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and verification planning.
• Maintain interfaces and documentation, ICDs, and verification evidence.
• Contribute to technical analyses, trade studies, and V&V planning.
