Actalent is seeking a MBSE Cameo Systems Engineer to join a team supporting a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. You will translate customer needs into model-based plans and develop complex system architectures using MBSE methodologies.

The role focuses on digital engineering artifacts, model maintenance, and deployment across the lifecycle, with a client-facing, collaborative environment and mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within business needs.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and MBSE tooling.
• Proficiency in SysML diagrams (BDDs/IBDs).
• Ability to model, simulate, and analyze system behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Cameo MBSE model as the authoritative source for architecture and requirements.
• Manage model configuration, libraries, and reusable elements for traceability.
• Ensure model consistency, validation, and MBSE best practices.
• Model architectures using SysML diagrams and MBSE notations.
• Support MBSE artifacts, interfaces, and tool updates across baselines.
