Job summary
Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an embedded software engineer with strong MATLAB/Simulink expertise to design, develop, test, and maintain control algorithms for automotive powertrain applications. You will work on AUTOSAR layer models, MIL/SIL testing, and code generation workflows, collaborating across systems to ensure robust engine control software.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MATLAB scripting, Stateflow, Polyspace, Calterm, Windchill, and ClearCase, plus a
Qualifications
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink to develop, maintain and test control algorithms (lookup tables, filters, PI/DI loops, timers).
- AUTOSAR Application Software Layer model development in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Proficiency in MATLAB scripting, Simulink and Stateflow.
- Experience with MIL/SIL and Polyspace testing.
- Experience with Calterm and Polyspace testing.
- Experience with engine controls and aftertreatment.
- Knowledge of Windchill and ClearCase.
- Requirements management and debugging/problem solving skills.
- Experience in auto code generation and build processes.
- Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing in MIL environments.
