Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks an MBD Software Developer for a long-term contract in Columbus. You will develop control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink, build AUTOSAR models, and design MIL tests. Strong experience with MIL/SIL and powertrain knowledge is required.

The role focuses on model-based software development for automotive powertrain systems, with emphasis on integration tests and robust debugging capabilities.

Qualificações

• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-in-the-Loop development.
• Ability to script in MATLAB and use Simulink/Stateflow for testing.
• Experience with AUTOSAR application software layer models in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Familiarity with MIL/SIL testing, and software build processes.
• Knowledge of powertrain features and on-engine controls.
• Experience with engineering change and configuration tools.

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-in-the-Loop development
• Ability to use MATLAB scripting, Simulink, and Stateflow
• Experience developing AUTOSAR application software layer models in MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with MIL, SIL, Polyspace, and Calterm testing
• Knowledge of on-engine controls, aftertreatment, and engine controls
• Familiarity with Windchill and ClearCase
• Requirements management, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with auto-code generation and build processes
• Experience designing and developing unit and integration tests in MIL
• Good knowledge of automotive powertrain features
• Experience with powertrain functions such as fuel systems, air handling, aftertreatment, or board diagnostics is beneficial
• Open-loop test bench and HIL testing experience is beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, test, and debug algorithms used in typical control systems, including lookup tables, filters, PI/D loops, timers, counters, and fixed-point arithmetic
• Develop AUTOSAR application software layer models in MATLAB/Simulink
• Design and develop unit and integration tests in MIL
