ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Manager I, MBCx to support the full lifecycle of Monitoring-Based Commissioning engagements across healthcare and higher-education facilities. You will work with engineers and analysts to ensure projects are on schedule and within scope, translating fault detection results and chiller performance into actionable client outcomes using the ENFRA Connect platform.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy.
• College degree or equivalent for project management.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to use multiple software platforms including PM and financial tools.

Mansioni

• Assist with managing the MBCx project lifecycle from onboarding to service delivery.
• Participate in meetings to define scope, onboarding timelines, and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate with analysts to track milestones, energy savings, and SLA adherence.
• Support onboarding and service work within budget and specification.
• Assist with selecting and coordinating subcontractors for BAS integration.
• Support resource scheduling and progress reporting to management.
