ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager I, MBCx to support the full lifecycle of Monitoring-Based Commissioning engagements across healthcare and higher-education facilities. You will work with engineers and analysts to keep projects on schedule and within scope, translating fault detection results and chiller plant performance into actionable client outcomes using the ENFRA Connect platform.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing the MBCx project lifecycle from onboarding to service delivery.
Participate in meetings to define project scope, onboarding timelines, and reporting cadences for FDD and retro-commissioning work.
Coordinate with analysts and engineers to track fault resolution, energy savings validation, and milestones against SLAs.
Assist with ensuring onboarding and ongoing service work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Support selection and coordination of contractors and sub-contractors for BAS integration.
Help schedule resources across client sites and balance onboarding with ongoing monitoring.
Track progress against milestones and energy targets; prepare status reports for management.
Develop working knowledge of MBCx tools, policies, and fault-detection workflows.
