ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager I, MBCx to support the full lifecycle of Monitoring-Based Commissioning engagements across healthcare and higher-education facilities. You will work with engineers and analysts to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope while translating fault-detection findings into actionable client outcomes using the ENFRA Connect platform.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to lead and manage a technical team.
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 platform (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience using multiple software platforms including financial and project management tools.

Responsabilités

Assists with managing the MBCx project lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
Participates in meetings with client facilities to define scope, onboarding timelines, and reporting cadences for FDD and retro-commissioning work.
Coordinates with analysts and engineers to track fault resolution, energy savings validation, and milestones against SLAs.
Assists with onboarding and ongoing service work to ensure timely delivery within budget and specs.
Assists with selection and coordination of controls contractors and sub-contractors supporting site onboarding and BAS integration.
Supports resource scheduling across client sites balancing onboarding and analyst workload.
Tracks project progress against milestones and energy targets; prepares status reports for management.
Develops knowledge of MBCx tools, policies, fault-detection workflows, and demand response participation.
