ENFRA, a long‑standing energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Project Manager I, MBCx to oversee the full lifecycle of Monitoring-Based Commissioning engagements across healthcare and higher education facilities. You’ll collaborate with engineers and analysts to translate fault detection and HVAC optimization findings into clear client actions using the ENFRA Connect platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering, construction, facilities or energy.
PM degree or equivalent work experience required.
Ability to lead a technical staff and manage projects.
Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee the MBCx project lifecycle from onboarding to service delivery.
Lead client meetings to define scope, timelines and reporting cadences.
Coordinate with analysts and engineers on fault resolution and energy savings.
Ensure onboarding and service work meets schedule, budget and specs.
Assist with selecting and coordinating controls contractors and sub-contractors.
Support resource scheduling across sites and track milestones against SLAs.
Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
