Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Project Manager I, MBCx to oversee the full lifecycle of Monitoring-Based Commissioning engagements across healthcare and higher-ed facilities. You will work closely with engineers and analysts to ensure projects run on schedule and within scope while translating fault findings into actionable client outcomes using the ENFRA Connect platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, construction, facilities management, or energy.
• Knowledge of project management through degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead technical staff and manage a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using multiple software platforms including financial and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing the MBCx project lifecycle from onboarding through go-live and ongoing service delivery.
• Participates in meetings to define project scope, onboarding timelines, and reporting cadences for FDD and retro-commissioning.
• Coordinates with analysts and engineers to track fault resolution, energy savings validation, and milestones against SLAs.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing service work to meet budget and specifications.
• Assists with selecting and coordinating controls contractors, integrators or subcontractors.
• Manages resource scheduling across client sites and monitors analyst workload.
• Tracks progress against milestones and energy targets; prepares status reports for management.
• Develops knowledge of MBCx tools, policies, and fault-detection workflows.
