Job summary

USC Marshall School of Business is seeking a Practice Group Coordinator, Working Profession al Programs, to support MBA students across EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, and IBEAR. You will run individual and group career advising, workshops, and connect students with a broad Trojan Network across Marshall and USC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of full-time relevant experience in Career Services or related industry.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred for advanced positions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Practice Group Leader to develop strategies for MBA students' professional success across EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, and IBEAR programs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group career advising, including resume/cover letter coaching and interview prep.
• Deliver career workshops in-person and virtually on topics like pivoting careers, LinkedIn usage, and networking.
• Plan and execute employer-facing events to connect students with opportunities.
• Promote marketing initiatives for employer events, training, mentorship programs, and individualized advising.
• Liaise with Marshall Career Services, Marshall School, and USC to ensure strong partnerships.
• Foster relationships with student clubs, attend events, and maintain clear communication during conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned.
