MiniMed invites MBA students to a 10–12 week summer internship based in Northridge, CA. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) on high-impact business challenges, collaborating with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.

The program develops leadership capabilities, with opportunities to learn across marketing, corporate development, and strategy, while living the experience of a medical technology company.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time MBA program (class of Spring 2028).
• Minimum of 4 years progressively responsible professional work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; internship positions are not sponsored.
• Must be able to participate full-time onsite in Northridge, CA.

Responsibilities
