Medtronic is seeking MBA interns for the Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) in Minneapolis, MN. The internship is full-time, 40 hours per week, lasting 11 weeks, with housing assistance and relocation support for eligible interns.

The program reviews applications on an ongoing basis and begins interviews in December 2026 for Summer 2027. Interns will gain broad exposure to Medtronic’s marketing, business development and strategy functions.

Qualifikationen

• MBA with anticipated Spring 2028 graduation.

• Engage in upstream marketing, market & therapy development, downstream marketing, business development, and business strategy projects.
• Design and execute key strategies to achieve business results while gaining knowledge of Medtronic’s marketing, business development or strategy functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze problems and improve processes during the internship.
