Medline Industries, LP in Northfield, IL, invites MBA students to join our internship program focused on financial analysis, modeling, and business insights. You will evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Interns collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management and Finance to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-saving efforts, and to prepare leadership-ready presentations sharing findings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.

Responsabilités

• Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a structured approach to decision-making.
• Assess financial and business risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop thoughtful recommendations supported by data.
• Exercise discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
