Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an MBA Marketing Intern to contribute to data-driven marketing strategies across multiple business units. You will be paired with a mentor and work in a hybrid office environment, three days per week, in Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN.

The role focuses on customer insights, product development, and commercialization optimization. Ideal candidates are current MBA students (Fall 2027 – Spring 2028) eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA with strong interest in marketing strategy and analytics.
• Experience in applying research methods to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Ability to communicate insights and present recommendations to a cross-functional audience.

Responsibilities

• Support projects impacting strategic priorities: customer insights, product development, growth strategies.
• Work with a mentor and be embedded in a Marketing team across six business units.
• Assist in market research, segmentation, pricing, and commercialization planning.
