• Demonstrated leadership of people or projects with real stakes.
• Strong analytical ability; fluency with dashboards and BI tools is a plus, and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business across Ally's centers and functions through rotations and hands-on exposure.
• Own one initiative end-to-end, drive it into use, and iterate with operators and executives.
• Present results to the CEO and leadership, with clear recommendations and next steps.
• Collaborate with an executive sponsor and functional leaders to deliver measurable business impact.
