Job summary

Bank of America invites high-potential students to join the Strategy and Management Summer Program, a 10-week internship designed to preview a two-year development track in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management.

You will work in Bank of America Strategy & Business Ventures, gaining hands-on experience across core business units and learning how to develop and test new strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree with graduation between Nov 2027 and Aug 2028.

• Builds and nurtures strong relationships while collaborating to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to senior leaders and support high-priority strategic initiatives across functions (strategy, product management, marketing, sales enablement, digital, operations, payments, analytics).
• Contribute to initiatives that drive strategic growth and shape industries given Bank of America’s scale.
• Work with diverse, high-performing teams to develop strategic recommendations and test, launch, and operationalize new capabilities.
