Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers offers a ten-week MBA summer internship in Tysons, VA, with in-person work and travel to centers across Maryland, Virginia, and the DC area. It serves as the front door to the Chief of Staff role and the Sandy Spring Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP).

The program runs weeks 1–4 to learn the business, weeks 5–9 to own a project end-to-end, and week 10 to land the project with leadership, culminating in a potential return offer.

Qualifications

• MBA student currently enrolled and returning to school after internship.
• 3+ years of pre-MBA experience in operations, consulting, healthcare, or related high-growth environment with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to be physically present in Tysons and travel to Ally centers.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business through rotations across Ally’s business functions.
• Own one initiative end to end with an executive sponsor and measurable impact.
• Present results to the CEO and leadership team, with a clear recommendation and next steps.
