Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top university; MBA candidate.
• 3-5 years in consumer/retail-related business or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access; data handling.
• Leadership and ability to manage complex work streams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategy development and implementation.
• Assist with large-scale transformation, M&A, and integration projects.
• Contribute to operations, merchandising, and analytics initiatives.
