Job summary

This program offers orientation, biweekly leadership coffee chats, and a final presentation of your recommendations. Interns may be considered for opportunities after graduation based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
• Able to complete a 10-week summer internship and return to the MBA program afterward (Graduation 2028).
• Two or more years of professional or military experience prior to the MBA program.
• Interest in working from one of Hunter Douglas’s major hubs: Atlanta, GA; Broomfield, CO; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Sarasota, FL.
• Curious, accountable, adaptable, and able to take ownership of a project.
• Collaborative and motivated to learn and contribute to ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation and targeted learning sessions.
• Own a strategic project aligned with a team’s business priorities.
• Connect with senior leaders through biweekly coffee chats.
• Work with fellow interns on a group business challenge.
• Present your project and recommendations at the internship’s end.
• Build an understanding of Hunter Douglas, its products, customers and sales channels.
