The role collaborates with faculty, alumni, employers, and university partners to enhance student outcomes, deliver programming, and manage data while supporting enrollment and program assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in student success coaching, career coaching, academic advising, or higher education administration preferred.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting student or career data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide student success coaching and advising for MBA and master's students.
• Develop and deliver professional development, career readiness, and networking programming.
• Coordinate events, employer and alumni engagement, and student engagement activities.
• Maintain student data and support enrollment planning, course scheduling, and program assessment.
