Blue Origin is seeking MBA graduates to join cross-functional teams across Strategy, Finance & Business Operations, Program/Project Management, Corporate Development, and Manufacturing Operations. You will help scale manufacturing, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the road to space.

Qualifications

• MBA degree completed within the last year and able to start by Summer 2027.
• 3–5 years of professional experience prior to MBA program.
• Proven quantitative skills including economic and/or financial modeling.
• Ability to structure and apply analytical frameworks to solve complex problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and support an inclusive culture.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting business unit financial and strategic objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Mapping and understanding industry landscape, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
• Analyzing strategic tradeoffs and developing portfolio recommendations for leadership.
• Leading or supporting large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs to improve operational efficiency.
• Building and maintaining tools, analytics, and reporting to highlight performance metrics.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current processes and implementing solutions.
• Completing cost-benefit justifications on strategic decisions and delivering insights to reduce costs.
• Collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to inform decisions.
• Managing production planning, scheduling, and workforce allocation to meet output targets.
• Establishing and tracking quality and safety standards across manufacturing operations.
