• MBA degree; early career pathway and MBA hires across strategy, finance, operations and program management.
• Degree earned within the last year and able to start by Summer 2027.
• Proven quantitative skills including economic and/or financial modeling.
• Ability to structure analytical frameworks and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization for business units.
• Analyze industry landscape, competition, and market trends.
• Develop portfolio recommendations for leadership.
• Lead or support large cross-functional programs to improve efficiency.
• Build analytics and reporting tools to highlight performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives without impacting performance.
• Prepare content for strategic leadership reviews and align with operations.
