Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks MBA graduates for early career pathways in Strategy, Finance and Business Operations, Program/Project Management, Corporate Development, and Manufacturing Operations leadership. Roles will bridge strategy, finance, operations and program management across multiple business units with direct impact on production and cost efficiency.

Successful candidates will have a recent MBA, 3–5 years pre-MBA experience, and strong quantitative/communication skills.

Qualifications

• MBA completed within the last year and able to start by Summer 2027.
• 3–5 years of professional experience prior to MBA program.
• Proven quantitative skills including economic and/or financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and apply analytical frameworks to solve complex problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex challenges to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs and projects.
• Analyze strategic tradeoffs and develop portfolio recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to inform decision-making.
• Develop and deliver content for strategic reviews with leadership.
• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics.
