Qualifications

• MBA graduate with recent degree and eligible to start Summer 2027.
• 3–5 years of professional experience prior to MBA program.
• Proven quantitative skills including economic/financial modeling.
• Ability to structure and apply analytical frameworks for complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and distill requirements into action.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, landscape, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop portfolio recommendations for leadership.
• Lead or support large cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Build analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of production-related processes.
• Deliver insights on financial performance and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Prepare content for strategic leadership reviews.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
