Job summary

UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business seeks a recruiter for MBA and Specialty Masters admissions. You will engage prospective applicants, present at information sessions and Open Houses, and advise on admissions guidelines while delivering excellent service throughout the process.

In this role you will work with the Recruitment and Admissions team to drive recruitment, marketing and admissions operations, evaluate applications and interview candidates, and participate as a member of the

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience making public presentations and in marketing, advertising, communications, sales or recruitment in a graduate or undergraduate setting.
• Knowledge of admissions and recruitment processes and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience communicating with diverse student populations and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate applicants for UC Irvine’s MBA and Masters programs.
• Conduct informative consultations and represent the Merage School at information sessions and Open Houses.
• Provide guidance on admissions policies and superior service during the admissions process.
• Collaborate with the team to execute recruitment, marketing and admissions strategies.
• Evaluate applications, interview candidates, and serve on the Admissions Committee.
