Job summary

Vanguard’s MBA Leadership Development Program offers three, 5-month rotations across Vanguard with the goal of accelerating leadership development. The program includes rigorous enrichment in leadership, relationship management, and strategic thinking as you contribute to Vanguard initiatives.

You will receive coaching from senior management, complete onboarding with baseline investment acumen, and create your own path through mentorship and alumni networks while working in a hybrid setting in

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and MBA degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience post-undergrad in strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot effectively.
• Interest in investment management and learning agility.
