Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is offering the MBA Leadership Development Program (MLDP), a three-year accelerated path that gives you P&L ownership, executive sponsorship, and a mandate to build across Amazon Stores.

You'll rotate through business ownership, product, and operations with enterprise challenges and mentorship from VPs, preparing you to shape AI-enabled customer experiences and scale enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with anticipated graduation dates between Dec 1, 2026 and Jun 30, 2027, or have graduated within the past 24 months.
• 3+ years of full-time industry experience between undergrad and MBA, or 3+ years of military work prior to MBA program.
• Experience in strategic financial management, P&L ownership, or business development.
• Experience translating data and customer insights into strategic business decisions.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or product management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and lead through ambiguity.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and end-to-end business ownership across Amazon Stores.
• Define product roadmaps, launch customer-facing experiences, and drive outcomes with influence.
• Own buying strategies, optimize supply chain performance, and align operations with long-term goals.
