Job summary
Amazon's MBA Leadership Development Program (MLDP) offers a 12-week summer internship in Seattle, WA, where you own a strategic business challenge with real P&L impact and present to senior leadership. You'll work across functions, apply data and AI to shape scalable solutions, and build relationships with executives and mentors.
Successful interns may convert to a full three-year MLDP with rotation across ownership, product, and operations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an MBA program with anticipated graduation dates Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
- 3+ years of full-time work or military experience prior to MBA start.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
- Experience with financial modeling and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated leadership in academics or professional settings.
Responsibilities
- Own a strategic business problem with real P&L impact and present to senior leadership.
- Apply data, insights, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions to develop scalable business solutions.
- Build relationships with executive leaders and program alumni.
- Relate AI as a strategic advantage to drive business outcomes.
