Amazon's MBA Leadership Development Program (MLDP) offers a 12-week summer internship in Seattle, WA, where you own a strategic business challenge with real P&L impact and present to senior leadership. You'll work across functions, apply data and AI to shape scalable solutions, and build relationships with executives and mentors.

Successful interns may convert to a full three-year MLDP with rotation across ownership, product, and operations.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an MBA program with anticipated graduation dates Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
3+ years of full-time work or military experience prior to MBA start.
Background in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
Experience with financial modeling and strategic planning.
Demonstrated leadership in academics or professional settings.
