Amazon’s MBA Leadership Accelerator (ALA) program invites MBA graduates to become transformative product leaders. You’ll work with senior executives to identify customer needs, craft business cases, and scale innovations into strategic businesses.

The role blends product management fundamentals with technical acumen, offering mentorship and cross-functional exposure across engineering and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in MBA program with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• MBA internship with product leadership focus and mentorship from senior executives.
• Experience or exposure to product management, technology, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and craft business cases for high-impact initiatives.
• Write and refine PR/FAQs and lead working backwards sessions.
• Define metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to set priorities.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to shape technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and drive project execution across functions.
• Support go-to-market planning and strategic thinking for new product initiatives.
