TikTok is seeking a Project Management Office Associate Graduate (Finance) to join the Global Finance BP team in San Jose. As part of Corporate Functions, you will partner with Finance leadership to steer strategic initiatives and ensure disciplined execution of high-impact projects.
You will develop executive-level communications, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and collaborate across Ads, E-commerce, Live, and TikTok FBP to build deep functional expertise in the business models that
Qualifications
- MBA degree completed or near completion.
- Strong finance background with corporate finance or investment banking experience.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to work with China and non-China markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to manage strategic priorities.
- Develop executive-level communications and narratives for decisions.
- Drive program governance with deliverables, timelines, and risks.
- Collaborate across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executives.
- Support annual and quarterly business planning and reviews.
- Work with Ads, E-commerce, Live, and TikTok FBP teams on projects.
