Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Director of MBA Career Services, you will drive strategy for the practice group, coordinate career

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead strategist for the assigned practice group; allocate time and resources to drive MBA student outcomes.
• Ensure delivery of career education through one-on-one, group advising, and workshops.
• Build and maintain an employer portfolio to support internships and full-time jobs.
• Plan and coordinate employer-facing events to engage students.
• Leverage the Trojan Network to connect students with alumni and employers.
• Develop Alumni/Executive-in-Residence programs to scale impact.
• Monitor internship and career outcomes and drive continual improvements.
• Establish relationships with student clubs and attend events.
• Be entrepreneurial leader; adapt strategy to different industries.
• Maintain industry expertise and connections to professional organizations.
