MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Georgia is seeking a production supervisor to lead the area and drive achievement of production goals. You will prepare daily assignments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure security of the area.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate overtime and weekend work. Training new associates and preventing shortages are key duties.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands instructions and schedules.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Communicates to issue materials accurately to recipients.
• Uses math to calculate inventory and product counts.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Works well in a team and plans to prevent shortages.
• Has knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards.
• Proficient with computers.
• Willing to pass the interview assessment test.

This position reports directly to the line supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read & understand instructions and schedules.
• Ability to lift to 50lbs. at a time.
• Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipients.
• Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts are required.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Must be a team player.
• Knowledge of cabinet parts & quality standards.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to pass the assessment test which will be conducted as part of the interview process.
