MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring for full-time production/assembly roles in Indiana. You will start with an all-hands meeting to set daily goals and safety standards. Teams will manufacture or assemble cabinets, aiming for on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost controls.

Roles include 1st and 3rd shift positions with opportunities for advancement into quality, safety, continuous improvement, or lead roles, and a competitive benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for an 8–10 hour shift.
• Ability to read measurements and use handheld tools.
• Must be 18+, reliable transportation, overtime availability.
• Previous experience in warehouse/manufacturing or assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in manufacturing or assembly of cabinets or components to meet production goals.
• Participate in daily all-hands meetings focusing on safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency targets in line with Four Basics.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Each day, you will start your shift with an all-hands meeting to discuss production goals for the day, safety, and other plant matters. Together with your teammates, you will manufacture or assemble cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while keeping ourFour Basics in Mind

YOUR ROLE:

SHIFT:

• 1st Shift hours -7:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
• 3rd Shift hours - 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
