MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring a full-time Sprayer to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Illinois. You will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components in a fast-paced environment, with training provided and opportunities to broaden your skills.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift, a minimum starting rate of $20.25 per hour (up to $26.78), comprehensive benefits from day one, and programs recognizing performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for an entire shift (10–12 hours).
• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required, with training provided.
