Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring full-time Sprayer for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Kentucky. You will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals, with training provided.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm with overtime potential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include comprehensive insurance, a 401(k), PTO, holidays, and a scholarship program for employees’ children.

SHIFT

1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (some overtime required)

PAY

Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for 1st shift Minimum starting rate of $20.25 per hour and may vary based on previous experience Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 per year

All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).

Compensation Range: 20.25 - 26.78 *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
