MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring a full-time Sander to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals, with training provided.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, with overtime possible and incentives including a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a Perfect Attendance Bonus up to $1,000 per year. Benefits start day one and include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, wellness

SHIFT:

1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (some overtime required)

PAY:

Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift. Minimum starting rate of $17 per hour and may vary based on previous experience. Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 per year. Compensation Range: $17.00-20.90 *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors.

Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
