Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Aurora, CO to join a high-energy guest-focused service team. The role emphasizes on-site service, customer interaction, and ensuring a high level of hospitality while performing automotive diagnostics and repair coordination.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $65,000 to $95,000 per year, with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoots vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
• Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of the vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
